The one QR code worth printing
If you're going to print a single QR code, a link-in-bio page is usually the smartest thing to put behind it. Your social accounts change, you add a shop, you launch a newsletter — but the bio page stays at the same address, and you edit what's on it. The printed code never needs to change.
That's the crucial difference between a static QR code and a paid "dynamic" one. Dynamic codes let you change the destination, but they route every scan through a service you have to keep paying for, and they stop working when the subscription lapses. A static code pointing at a page you control gives you the same flexibility for free, because the page is the thing you edit.
This tool works with Linktree by name, and with any other bio page through the "Any link" option: Beacons, Bio.link, Carrd, Later's Link in Bio, or your own site. If you're using a page on your own domain, that's the most future-proof choice of all — nobody can take it away or change the terms.
Match the code to the page. If your bio page uses a green gradient, tint the code the same way and it stops looking like a generic square stuck onto your artwork and starts looking designed.
